Product Description
Single Ram Blowout Preventer, abbreviated as Single Ram BOP, is a core component of the well control stack system, manufactured strictly following API Spec 16A standards. It adopts a single ram sealing structure driven by external hydraulic cylinders, which can quickly push ram blocks to clamp drill pipes, tubing or fully seal the wellbore hollow to cut off overflow formation fluid in emergency kick conditions.
The main body is integrally forged from high-performance alloy steel without splicing welds, featuring outstanding pressure resistance and impact resistance. The internal ram assembly uses wear-resistant rubber core with metal framework, realizing stable zero-leakage sealing under long-term high-pressure scouring. The hydraulic driving system realizes remote control operation, allowing operators to complete well sealing far away from dangerous wellhead zones and greatly improving site construction safety.
This single ram BOP can be combined with double ram BOP, annular BOP and choke & kill manifold to form a complete well control barrier system. Customized NACE anti-sulfur treatment is available for sour gas wells containing hydrogen sulfide to prevent hydrogen embrittlement corrosion. Every unit undergoes full hydrostatic pressure test and air tightness inspection before delivery to meet international oilfield acceptance standards.
